Competition Status
We've just finished Week 7 of the competition, which means one full round has been completed. In simple terms, every team in the competition has played the other 6 teams. The total number of points each team has won over the past 7 weeks is listed in the 'Progressive Score Table' shown above. The two teams with the highest points will now play off in the final, on week 8.
As you can see Team 'Vultures' on 23 points is in top position, followed by Team 'Harriers' on 18.5 points. These 2 teams will now play off in the final, to determine the winner and runner up of the competition. Well done to Ryan, Jack, Amy and Josh you've played very well to get to the final.
We should congratulate all players that took part in this their first competition, all players have improved both their game and their knowledge of the game. It was played in the right spirit and I'm sure each and every player enjoyed the experience.
Only the 2 teams in the final will play on Tuesday the 5th December 2017. All other teams have completed their commitments, but are more than welcome to come down and watch the final. Good luck to both teams.
Note: If you would like to play in the next competition, starting in February next year, please ensure you let Megan or Craig know before you break for Christmas.

Any changes to the Draw will be reflected here on this page.

If you are unable to make your allocated match and you need a reserve, then please contact Craig or Megan as early as possible to allow us time to get a replacement player. Craig's mobile phone number is 0413 805 235, Megan's mobile number is 0417 237 407.
Craig and Megan will allocate all reserves, to ensure the integrity of the competition. In general terms a reserve player will not be stronger than the player they are replacing. In fact it is common, that the reserve player will be weaker than the player they replace. This may not always be possible, depending on how much time we are given to find replacement players.
